We know that the majority of today’s consumers not only care about the quality of the products they purchase from you, they are also paying attention to other important factors when choosing whether they partner with you or your brand. At Red Energy Promotions we only engage with suppliers and business partners that share in our responsible and ethical approach to business. We maintain a long-standing commitment to purchase products from vendors, suppliers, subcontractors, agents, subsidiaries and affiliates who provide and maintain strict ethical working standards for their employees.

This commitment forms the foundation for Red Energy Promotions doing business with any supplier and is based on internationally accepted working standards. We hold our business partners and their affiliates to these standards and actively seek partners who share our beliefs. We continue to be vigilant in our ongoing evaluation and monitoring of our suppliers current and future factory employment practices and environmental compliance.

We also recognise that we have a responsibility to the environment by reducing our own overall environmental impact. We actively encourage our clients to do the same by considering the purchase of quality products that will continue to be useful for many years to come instead of becoming premature landfill.

We strive to monitor and reduce our environmental impact by exceeding all standard legal and regulatory requirements. We review our performance regularly whilst increasing our employee awareness and incorporating environmental factors and impact on our day to day business decisions. We choose to re-use and recycle product packaging and freight solutions as much as possible and encourage our staff to adopt a higher standard of environmental awareness as we grow the business into the future.

Red Energy Promotions also holds current ISO9001:2015 certification and we are committed to the standards as specified under that certification;

ISO 9001:2015 specifies requirements for a quality management system when an organisation:
a) needs to demonstrate its ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements, and

b) aims to enhance customer satisfaction through the effective application of the system, including processes for improvement of the system and the assurance of conformity to customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
